Anatomy. Technique. Mechanics. We start with one body, one mind and one soul! How do I bring it all together to be the best that I can be?

This lecture and workshop is designed to stimulate and inspire dancers at all levels to see beyond the boundaries and restrictions of the normal approach to dance. It will also give the parent a better understanding of what it is that their child hopes to achieve.
